FREE ESTIMATE AND CONSULTATIONS

Once you are in our facility, we will assess the damages on the vehicle WITH you and point out the parts that are damaged and “possibly damaged” from the collision. We also take detailed photos of the damages as often, required by the insurance companies. Then, we will sit down with you to discuss each part that is damaged from the collision, and all the work that will be involved to return the vehicle back to pre-accident condition. We also provide our customers with a copy of the estimate, with all the breakdowns on each part and the labor cost that is associated with each repair.

By going over the estimate process with you, we want to show our customers that we are transparent and honest, and we will NEVER suggest unnecessary repairs on behalf of our customers. We are confident that you will be satisfied with us. and we will never pressure you to get your collision repairs done at our shop. We recommend getting a second opinion, if you feel otherwise. It is your right to choose your repair shop by the law in the state of Georgia.

INSURANCE CLAIMS COORDINATION AND ASSISTANCE

Once you decide, and we get your “go-ahead,” we will start your insurance claim for you. If you have not done so already, we can make the initial contact to the insurance WITH you in our office. Insurance company will ask you some questions about the accident and get your account on the accident. However, we can take care of the rest for you. We send the copy of the estimate along with the photos right away to get the ball rolling as quickly as possible. All you have to worry, is getting yourself ready to get back on the road safely. We will keep you posted on the statuses of the claim every step of the way, in the method you prefer, via text, via email or via phone.

We work with all insurance companies and we regularly contact different insurance companies and can have adjusters come out to our facility to get your process approved quickly, so that we can order the necessary parts required to return your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition.

MECHANICAL/AUTOBODY REPAIRS

Once we get the approval from the insurance company, we start on the vehicle by ordering parts directly from the dealers of your vehicle’s make and local auto parts stores. Many insurance companies prefer for us to use after-market parts, since the prices of the parts are more economical. However, we insist on the original equipment manufacturer(OEM) parts to get the vehicle back to its pre-accident condition. The OEM is the original producer of a vehicle’s components, and so OEM car parts are identical to the parts that were currently working in your vehicle before the accident.

• If your vehicle needs mechanical repairs, we start with inside of your vehicle. After all, under the hood of your vehicle, is what is paramount in operating your vehicle safely and smoothly. Just because you cannot see the parts, does not mean we cut corners. We take pride in making you safe on the road.
• Once we are assured that your vehicle is running smoothly, we start on the body and cosmetic repairs. We disassemble all the parts that need to be repaired or replaced to avoid further damages to your vehicle. After repairing all the parts, if necessary, we go through the painting process and re-assemble the necessary parts to your vehicle. We inspect to make sure you will be safe on the road in the same vehicle with all the parts intact.

PAINTING PROCESS

We trust all equipment that we utilize to perform repairs on our customers’ vehicles, and it starts from the we use to restore your vehicle. We are fully equipped with a full-sized paint booth and a baking system which runs on natural gas system to help you to keep the color of the vehicle longer. We paint each part of your vehicle separately to ensure the evenly spread paints on the surface of your vehicle. Our experts can restore the color of your vehicle, as if you just drove out of the dealer lot.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION

After our crew is completed with your repairs, we go through a meticulous inspection to ensure all the promised-repairs are completed and restored back to pre-accident condition and the vehicle is safe for you to drive on the road. We check to ensure that the vehicle is safe, we inspect the vehicle as if one of our family members will be driving in the vehicle.

All our repairs come with limited non-transferable warranty for the life time of the ownership of the vehicle. If you are dissatisfied with our work, feel free to bring the vehicle back to us, we will work on your vehicle until you are satisfied.
