Walk-ins are always welcomed. However, we do advise that you make an appointment with us ahead of time to minimize your wait time. You can give us a call or submitting the CONTACT FORM with requested information.

First, you must take a photo of the accident. Make sure to get a clear image of the damages of the other vehicle as well as the photos of your damages. Then move to the shoulder of the road. (It is a GEORGIA law to move out of the traffic after an accident.) Call the police. Make sure you receive a copy of the report. Don't ever leave the scene of the accident without a copy of other party's driver's license, license plate information, and his/her contact information.

• If your vehicle is drivable, call Tri-Circle Auto to make an appointment. When you come in, we will help you talk to the insurance company and help you obtain a claim number.
• If your vehicle is not drivable, call Tri-Circle Auto to help you tow your vehicle to safety, and out of harms way. When you come in, we will help you talk to the insurance company and help you obtain a claim number.

The only way to assure a completion date is to determine how we are going to fix the car.  This is determined after dis-assembly occurs.  Once we have your car dis-assembled and we figure out how we are going to fix your car, then we can give a more accurate target completion date. Once we look under the hood, we will be able to tell you how long the repairs would take to your vehicle.

We take special pride in our ability to match factory finishes as the final step in the restoration process.

We recommend to have arrangements made before you drop off your vehicle. If not, we have availability to drive you home if it is within 5 miles of the shop. If you would like for a ride home after you drop off your vehicle, call us to discuss this ahead of time so that we can see if we have somebody available to provide this service.

Yes. Tri-Circle Auto Center is able to offer you with an option of renting from AUTO4U Rentals from an on-site car rental, so you can get your rentals right from us. If you opt to rent from a bigger company, we can offer you a ride to the local rental places.

Yes. Tri-Circle Auto guarantees all of their repairs with a limited lifetime warranty.  This is non-transferrable..

The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. If you carry standard collision, you will have to pay your deductible regardless of whether you were at fault. If you carry broad collision, and you were not fault, your insurance company most likely will waive your deductible. Insurance companies determine fault by your account of the accident when you make the claim, and by reviewing the accident report filed with the police department.

If your deductible is not waived, it will be your responsibility to pay TRICIRCLE AUTO Center when you pick up your vehicle.

We accept cash, cashier's check, Visa and Mastercard. The payment is expected at the time of the release of the vehicle to you from Tri-Circle Auto Center.
